Your Right to Return the Products

The Products on this website are bespoke i.e. made to order. You cannot therefore return the product for a refund if it has been supplied accurately and as described on the website. Returns will only be considered for goods that have been in some way damaged in transit, or do not accurately reflect their description on this website.

In order to exercise your option to return a Product, you must give a notice to us within 7 days of receipt of the Product. Accepted notices are emails to sales@artflux.com, written notices to the owner of this website. These notices must include the customers name and invoice number. Don’t ship the products back to us, but wait until we will send you Return Authorisation and manage the shipping. We will consider your refund upon receipt of the returned Product. Products that are returned because they do not accurately reflect the description of the product on this website must be unused, in original condition and undamaged. In this event a replacement product of the correct specification will take preference over a refund.


Colour Proofing

Because of differences in equipment, media, inks, and other conditions between colour proofing and production pressroom operations, a reasonable variation in colour between colour proofs/submitted images and the completed job is to be expected. When a variation of this kind occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance.


Copyrights of served motives

When a customer provides us with an image for the purpose of reproduction the customer warrants that the subject matter to be reproduced is not copyrighted by a third party. The customer also recognizes that because matter does not have to bear a copyright notice in order to be protected by copyright law, absence of such notice does not necessarily assure a right to reproduce. The customer further warrants that no copyright notice has been removed from any material used in preparing the subject matter for reproduction. To support these warranties, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold the company Focus Network harmless for all liability, damages, and attorney fees that may be incurred in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced or provided.

The products sold on this website (excluding products whereby the customer has provided us with an image for the purpose of reproduction) are subject to copyright restrictions. Sale of a product to a Customer does not give that customer permission to copy or reproduce that image.

Placing and Accepting Orders

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, the company Focus Network is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or a product.

Placement of an order by you constitutes an offer to enter into an agreement with us ('your offer'). We will email you a "Confirmation of your Order" for the sole purpose of confirming the details of your offer. Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the "Dispatch Confirmation" email to you.


Delivery

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We will use our reasonable endeavors to send out your Order to you within 10 days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation. If we are unable to send out your Order to you within 28 days of the date of issue of your Order Confirmation, you will have the option to cancel your Order.

Unfortunately, we are unable give a ‘guaranteed’ time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform the company Focus Network if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.


Goods Damaged or Faulty on Delivery

You may return damaged or faulty goods within 7 days of receipt.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will dispatch a replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost. In the even that a replacement item cannot be provided, we will refund the original product price, delivery, wrapping and other fees via the original method of payment.

Please note that all products that are found to be non-defective will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to the company Focus Network, and subsequent return of the non-defective product to the customer.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.


Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.
