Service:

We use UPS for the shipping of our items, to ensure safe, reliable and timely delivery of your order to anywhere in the world.


Order Processing:

We process received orders within 12 hours of them being placed. This means your canvas is usually printed and constructed within 48 hours of you placing an order.


Despatch:

Once your canvas has been created we aim to sent it out for delivery as soon as possible.


Delivery Times:

Delivery times can vary, but generally UK and European orders are with the customer within a week of purchase. International deliveries may take a few days longer. For time sensitive orders, we recommend allowing approximately 10 days for UK/EU orders and 14 days for international orders. Delivery times may be longer during the Christmas period.


Packaging:

We take great care to ensure your canvas arrives in pristine condition. Your canvas will be protected with bubble wrap and sent in a dual-layer currogated cardboard box. In the event that your canvas is damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.


Shipping Prices:

We offer highly competetive shipping prices. Please note, however, that our larger canvases are expensive to ship outside Europe. This is due to the sheer size of them. To give you an idea of size, our XXL canvas is likely to be signficantly bigger than you! Please be aware of this before ordering.
