Description
In the early days of Chinese revolution against age-old dynasties before World War I, the Republic of China held the upper hand, and this poster identifies its momentary victory as the new leaders of Chinese culture. It would be much later in the military history of China that the People's Republic of China, with its radical Communist and socialist ideals, would come to dominate the political landscape in mainland China.
