Description
Here is another crowd scene released by the PRC as propaganda for the socialist objectives the party represented. These people celebrate life under Communism with a sense of pride and determination. The ambitions of Chairman Mao would cause his people great hardship's in the following decade, but the leader's resolve in enforcing his principles upon the public was strong. The People's Republic of China officially took control in 1949, and this parade is meant to celebrate that ambitious transfer of power.
