OCLAE's political poster shows the German influence in Paraguay during World War II, and how Latin American nations were united in their stand against foreign agression from the Axis military force. Several dissidents from the Nazi military were rumoured to be hiding in sympathetic camps in this country, and the political organization hoped to flush them out by distributing these posters to local citizens
