Description
This 1953 political poster shows the collaboration of Chinese and Russian citizens who shared knowledge during China's Cultural Revolution. The poster reminds its people to "learn from Soviet advanced experience," particularly with respect to its goals for industrialization during Chairman Mao's Great Leap Forward. This period of intended growth did not have quite the positive effect it had intended, but the shared resources and knowledge did help China advance as a world power much later.
