Description
Relations between China and Japan deteriorated in the span of years between World Wars I and II, and this political poster makes a firm statement based on that animosity. The man speaking in the poster claims that his store will never sell goods made in Japan, demonstrating the local boycott of Japanese products by Chinese citizens in the late 1930's, when Japanese leaders were trying to occupy strategic regions of North China.
