Description
This high-ranking Bulgarian army officer is General Radko Dmitriev, who was eliminated as part of the old-guard ethnic cleansing adminstered by Russian revolutionaries after World War I. The February Revolution was the turning point in the Bolveshik's quest for political power, and Dmitriev would be one of over 100 officers who were killed as part of a departure from imperial Russian policy.
