Description
This Red Army soldier is an early rendition of the model soldiers that would appear in many subsequent political posters sponsored by the Soviet Union in Russia. The Bolshevik Revolution of 1917 would turn out to be a pivotal victory for socialism in Russian territories for much of the 20th Century, until the fall of the Soviet Union in the 1990's forced another significant change on Russian culture.
