Description
This propaganda poster from the 1920's shows the determination of the proletariat in Russia at the end of World War I. The defiant man holding the Red Army flag is determined to subdue any enemy left standing in his way, be they foreign or domestic. The musical score at the poster's lower half refers to a Battle Cry of the Proletariat, and it is sung with the conviction of a defiant peasant eager to replace ineffective leaders with strong revolutionaries who could better provide for his country's future.
