Description
Mao Zedong, leader of the People's Republic of China during the latter half of the 20th Century, extends a hand to his citizens in a gesture of goodwill. The detailed poster print has an Oriental feel to it, and there is a sense of community in the composition that differs greatly from some of the more unpopular customs Zedong introduced during his leadership.
