Description
The well-known leader of the Communist Party in Russia, Vladimir Lenin, is pictured here in one of his many famous poses. Lenin led the revolt of the Russian government during a series of Revolutions, and headed the Central Committee that developed there coming out of World War II. The blood-red background in this print is appropriate, because Lenin's power and influence as a student of Marxism, strong nationalism, and a socialist state would contribute to much bloodshed in the early days of Communism in his country.
