Description
The political tone of this poster print is the plight of Chinese miners, who continually face unsafe working conditions in the country. China has more coal mining fatalities than any other country. There were 188 accidents in the three year period between January 2001 and October 2004, and one disaster alone in 2005 killed more than 200 workers. This poster rightly asks citizens to speak out against unsafe working conditions.
