Description
Back in 1952, when anime was just a seed in the Japanese garden of graphic art, a young Osamu Tazuka created this boy wonder, Astro Boy, as a comic book series. The popularity of the book led Dark Horse Comics to translate the series, and a televsion show soon followed. The last installment of the Astro Boy saga led to a 2009 animated movie release in Hollywood, featuring the voices of Samuel Jackson and Nicholas Cage. This poster print shows the roots of Astro Boy, raised as he was in Oriental culture.
